Bought this product but did not realise that it didn't bend due to it being anodized aluminium. I emailed the company asking for a return and they were very quick and helpful in their response. My order was picked up the next day via DPD at not cost to myself. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company, even though the material was not exactly what I needed. The material however was of a high quality and seemed very strong and light.
