Excellent Customer Service
I've ordered a few times and they have always been keenly priced and super efficient although what really impressed me is when things went wrong - after receiving a simiilar but incorrect order I called and immediately got through to a 'real person' who actioned an investigation . I was then called back to explain why this had happened followed by a further call to tell me the correct item was on it's way, all within a day! :) I feel an organistaion shows its true colours when things go outside the norm and IronmongeryDirect have shown a level of concern and customer care that is rarely seen these days. Superb, slick customer service well worthy of 5-stars.
