A cost conscious replacement.
I bought these to top up a screwfix trade pack. Because for some reason screwfix sell individual packs with a massive hike on price. These screws are almost identical and do the exact same job.
Nice quality for the money
I've been using Reisser screws to build the cab of a 1927 Super Sentinel. They have been working well with both oak and tulipwood. The threads are accurately formed, the heads fit properly and most importantly in several hundred screws none of them have sheared. Really cannot complain for the money. It would be nice if Reisser made slotted screws as well as PZ ones but you can't have everything, can you? And I know PZ screws are not historically accurate. You can't see any of the heads and I needed something that was going to last.
