- Are you fitting to fire doors? We would strongly recommend that you bed both hinge leafs on these intumescent liners to fully comply with BS EN 1634 test requirements
- Suitable for hinges up to 100mm width
- Pack suits 3 pairs of FD60 hinges or 6 pairs hinges on FD30

This ensures, in the case of any legal claim, that the best quality hardware has been fitted. The hinges we have marked on this page as suitable for fire doors are all tested and accredited. You should fit these intumescent pads under any CE marked hinges to comply with the marking requirements. Did exactly what I needed
The old morticed perkomatic closer as was on the limit of adjustment and door was slamming shut. Yes it’s expensive but it’s a decent bit of kit. Takes a while to fit and there’s quite a bit of reading of the instructions but it’s all straight forward. Fitted, closed smooth and did exactly as I was hoping for. Nice quiet doors no more banging on the frame.
