- Simply drive the extender onto the top of the existing fence post using the Powapost(R) driving tool, then add the new fence post to the top, also driving in with the driving tool

Exactly what we needed for the job
Bought two of these to replace rotten sections of posts that supported a garden arch. Removal of the posts would have meant taking up existing block paving, digging up of metal post holders and the inevitable destruction of an adjacent wall. Instead we sawed off the rotten sections of posts, whacked on these post extenders and then whacked in replacement sections of post. All relatively easy and far less destructive.

I bought this to extend the fence between mine and my neighbours back garden, it's perfect for the job, easy to use. I would definitely recommend this item!
