Hinge seems fine but screws supplied shear very easily

Bought this to hang a heavy door, every screw supplied sheared off easily (the old screws from the old hinges did not and neither did smaller screws). Problem is I am left with metal screws embedded without heads in the door and can no longer use the hinges.

Super looking heavy hinges

I have a very heavy and large new front door that required 6" brass hinges. Ideally I wanted bearing hinges and Ironmongery direct were one of the retailers who had the correct dimensions and the antique brass finish I was looking for. I purchased 4 hinges which were delivered very quickly and was well pleased when I felt the weight of them and how they looked. They aren't cheap, but quality doesn't come cheap.
