Carefully crafted ambivalence.
I bought this item as the previous one snapped. Sadly I would have to change all the window furniture in the property if I were to replace it with a different part. This is the second time it has snapped. Also - I have now had 2 emails asking me to review my '894033' - kinda cryptic ... someone needs to have a word with the UX team ...
