Handle broken.
You would expect a cast iron handle to last a lifetime, the set that I bought broke shortly after I installed them, god help me with the replacement set. Also as usual with ironmongery the screws are of such poor quality that they break even when the appropriate sized pilot hole has been drilled.

As far as I can tell it meets all the requirements for insurance cover, quite a good lock for the price.
