I have done it again.

We have ordered from these people before and have absolutely no qualms about repeating the experience. Their prices are very reasonable, compared to some other sites. Their quality is most satisfactory and we have bought more door knobs which are identical.

Stiff Knobs

The doorknobs are extremely stiff and hard to turn. What can I do? WD40?

Ok but beware of issues

These handles look nice but there is an issue that buyers need to be aware of. The maximum ‘turn’ of the handles is 1/8 of a turn which is far less than the ones that were replaced. This meant that the lock did not go back in far enough. I had to get around it by adjusting the door frame. I could have returned them but just decided to sort it out myself. The black paint also comes off a bit too easily. In future I would make sure that I had this information before buying (it’s not in the website or in the catalogue).

Mostly good!

Overall very good but one of them had an issue - the spring/ring (whatever it's called) broke but other than that it's all good, nice mechanism, good feel and it looks good. I used different screws than those supplied as I prefer crosshead screws but the supplied screws looked fine. I'd buy one again.

These are top quality

I have now fitted these to every door in our house where they can be fitted. Top quality.
