Good quality and style but difficult to install due to bend on latch handle.

Good quality and style, but found that the "hooked detail" on the latch lifter arm is a little too "bent", which is nice to look at but means you need an oversize hole to enable the "bend" to pass through the door when installing, there is no installation instructions advising on hole size, I actually chose to grind down or re profile the bend to enable it to pass through a 22mm hole.

Antique Black Iron Perfect for Period Reconstruction

We are currently rebuilding a 19th century cottage at Avoncroft Museum and we needed an authentic Victorian thumb latch which would look suitably period.
