Door chain
Purchased this product for our period cottage, the overall product is of good quality but the screw fixings are not man enough and not fit for purpose. 3 out of 8 the heads sheared when final tighten. Informed I.D and they investigated the problem and confirmed that they were of poor quality and they would replace all fixings with new screws.
