Bought a few of these and different sizes and, at different times over 12 months. They are all exactly the same and reliable sizing. Good quality with built in patina. Love em.

Sturdy, but blacker than expected

The brackets we received were true to size and certainly up to the job. However, they had more black on them than we had expected, so they don't quite match the other set of brackets that were used for the pre-existing shelf, but close enough.
