Good products, good company

Ironmongery Direct was a really good company to deal with. The order process was straightforward and the items were sent out very quickly. I would give 5 stars but my experience with their courier was very bad and although Ironmongery Direct's customer service was brilliant, this aspect was out of their control (short of changing courier) and they could not really influence the (bad) actions of the courier.

Great looking product which perfectly suits our antique door

Good value product which looks well as a latch on our bathroom door. The sliding mechanism is very stiff to start with and hope this becomes easier with wear. Excellent service

Difficult to operate

Pretty, and easy to fit, but very difficult to operate - the leaf spring behind the bolt means that you have to pull the bottom of the bolt forward to get to to hold the window in tight.
