Needed a toilet-roll holder that fitted on the disabled grab bar and this does the job. No fitting instructions supplied. Need to use Hex-Wrench to loosen to fit and tighten.

Natty product

This is a natty little product and very practical. However I had to return it because I could not find a spacer/shim so that it could be attached securely. I gave it 5 stars because there is absolutely nothing wrong with this product. I was aware when I bought it that it may not fit my mother's grab rails, which are too small in diameter, as it is designed for the Nymas brand grab rails. So no fault of the product or the discription that was given.

Should include a shim to improve fit

The clamp did not fit to the rail--it was too large. I had to make a DIY shim and attach inside the clamp to allow it securely fasten. Not ideal. This product really should include a rubber/plastic insert to allow an adjustment to the rail size, as it must be able to tighten properly.

Non Nymas Support Rails

This will fit a non Nymas support rail. I have fitted it to a 35mm rail, a bit of a gap at the top but works and does the job. So, a super product.

Toilet roll holder for grab rail

Our grab rail is slightly larger than specified 1-2mm and managed to make it fit. Couldn’t find any alternative in UK. Works well and easy to fit if a little pricey with delivery?? Still used to paying more for all things related to being disabled and really pleased to have a loo roll holder and not string(cheaper but more time consuming when replacing loo rolls)...
