Very poor
If I could have I would of put no stars. I purchased a doc m pack to use on my job opting to go to ironmongery direct as they had 2 day delivery. All good until I got my confirmation through which stated a 28 day delivery. I rang and was told the suppliers had changed delivery times but IDirect hadn't changed it on their website. I was called the day after (after I had bought another) to be told that it would be delivered that day. I cancelled again and it turned up 2 days later, not even compensation for my being mucked about.
