What it says on the tin
I bought both the 400 and 600 mm grabs. They do what they are supposed to do. Note the cover flange that goes over the fixing plate has no locking device (grub screw etc) only a slight indent in the cover to allow it to engage (just). This will require a grit-fix blob etc to keep secure.
