Ventilation including air-conditioning, ductwork or simply cutting holes for ventilation within buildings can contravene British Standards when installed into fire doors or compartment walls. One answer comes in the form of an intumescent block which allows air to flow through under normal conditions but closes under its own expansion when exposed to a fully developed fire
The large range of square and rectangular vents we offer are available for prompt dispatch ensuring both strict batch control and compliance with stringent manufacturing standards
By design the dampers offer low maintenance having no moving parts, hence no need for regular maintenance apart from inspection to ensure they have not been damaged
