the magnet is almost too strong
Very strong magnet, almost too strong for our regular Victorian wooden door. Bit clunky when they connect but does the job and looks nice. Very fast delivery.

Nice apart from the screws
The door stop looks great and is holding a very heavy door open with no problems. But all apart from one of the supplied screws broke when I was installing it even though I had drilled pilot holes first. I would advise using your own screws.

Fantastic.

Good morning, These are not designed to be floor mounted as the smaller magnet that connects to the door may not project far enough to reach past the base of the larger magnet in order to connect the two. I hope this helps.
