Arrived next day. Correct parts supplied as ordered. Fitted with minimal adjustment. Packaging was damaged when delivered. Luckily no damage to parts or losses.

Window lock

This was a replacement for a now unavailable lock and with very minor adjustment it fitted just fine, quality felt good and easy to fit.

I bought this as replacement for a mechanism of different manufacture and it matched perfectly. except alignment of fixing holes, which was a good thing as I was able to use the original tek screws. Customer was very happy and actually gave me a bottle of Bourbon as a tip. Wish they were all like that.
