About this product
- 30 minute fire rated
- The 15mm width is the popular choice or doorset manufacturers who prefer the size due to its 'belts and braces' way of getting through fire tests
- The leading brand fire resisting doors are fitted with the 15mm size, one strip for 30 minute doors and 2 strips running parallel, but approx 6mm apart, plus one brush and one plain where smoke seals are required around the door to achieve FD60 status
- Additionally, factory doorset manufacturers use this size as it has enabled them to use one size cutter for either FD30 or FD60 doors, albeit set up differently
- Fully tested to BS 476 Pt 20:22
- Independently tested on a range of single and double leaf doorsets
- Ideal for humid environments
- High tack self adhesive backing for quick and easy fitting

Good size and really strong glue
Used on Victorian windows in West London. Delivery package was a HUGE cardboard tube, 125mm diameter. Duct taped them to a 25mm length of timber to take on the tube. Job done..
