It's great to be able to speak with someone when seeking advice before a purchase - the lines were were manned well into a late weekend evening. The price was well below that of other sellers and the items arrived before the expected delivery date. The locks are of very good quality - it was exactly the part of our window locks that were missing so saved me from having to install brand new ones.

Cheap and cheerful, and do the job

Cheaply made, but very low price and they do the job very well, so I'm not complaining. Sadly, the more expensive pukka solid brass version didn't get great reviews so I opted for these which did. I have no regrets.

Perfect and easy to fit

I was requested by my insurance company to fit these to our new garden office. With covid restrictions in full swing trying to find someone to do this was impossible - so I decided to see if I could do it myself!! Not only did they arrive the next day - which in itself was most impressive - but they were really easy to fit. Just exchanged the fitting on the window handles for the new locks with absolutely no problem. Job done!!
