Good quality product, the runners run smoothly in the aluminium track, and the soft close works well. However the because this is a hybrid kit of parts the instructions do not relate to most of the parts included, There is no instruction for the glass clamps and the instructions for the soft slide miss out key steps. Also the bolts for the glass clamps are poor quality so the hex heads tend to deform when tightened so repositioning them is a non starter without effort to get the bolts out and buying new bolts. Asked for appropriate instructions from Ironmongery direct several times but never received them.

Mostly damaged inside the box
The trim covers and main channel (all the long bits) were all damaged in transit and discovered when unpacked. It is soft aluminium after all. The main channel is usable, and I might be able to salvage one of the trim pieces. The kit ordered was for a glass door, but it comes as the wooden door kit (which you bin some pieces) plus some clamps for the glass - but no fitting instructions. Not fitted yet for obvious reasons.
