This push-to-open touch latch enables a pocket door to sit completely flush inside the pocket and removes the need for a finger pull to be fitted to the leading edge of the door
About this product
- Soft close mechanism for Ultra pocket doors up to 50kg
- Neatly closes the door instead of being left half open
- Increased safety from trapped fingers
- Can be retro fitted on existing Ultra pocket doors
- Minimum door width of 686mm required
- Ultra Pocket Door kits - single: 438274 - 915mm max door width and 711989 - 1200mm max door width and double: 179564 -915mm max door width and 851655 - 1200mm max door width
- NOTE: do not over tighten the fixing screws when fitting this item as this will affect the operation of the soft close mechanism

Good but very expensive
The item seems fine but frankly it cost half as much as the entire pocket door frame and it is far too expensive.

This works fine but the instructions are lightweight and I had to figure out my own way of adjusting the finished stop position by packing within the frame. Most of all, it's a heck of a price for what it is and I'd be reluctant to buy many of them. They can't cost the earth to make and if the price was 1/3 of what I paid I'd say it was about right.

Hi, Yes you can use this with a soft close. However the soft close will only work fully when closing the door, when opening the door you will have to push it into the cavity to fully open. Thanks
