Great product, terrible instructions!

The product is great and very well made. It is an expensive item but worth it where quality and durability is the number one priority. However, the instructions are absolutely appalling! In this day and age, it is quite unbelievable that a complex product such as this doesn't have a 90 second YouTube clip or a short video on the manufacturers website to make simple simple of otherwise terrible difficult to understand instructions. I searched absolutely everywhere and couldn't find anything other than similar copies of the badly written instructions. Would I buy them again? I would, but only because they are great items but they are in serious need of comprehensive instructions and/or a complimentary video link to take you through the correct sizing and assembly steps.

Couldn't remove drawer front bracket.

We had no idea how to remove the drawer front fixing from the mechanism. We messed around with it for a good 2 hours and even with the help of a friend who was a kitchen fitter, we couldn't work it out. We looked on line but no reference to the item on you tube. At long last we found help from a 30 second you tube video titled, ' Blum removing draw front' ! Job done!

Great drawer box solution!

Really nice quality product, easy solution for drawer boxes. Strong, smooth, easy to fit, takes the fuss out of making kitchen drawers. Cheaper than Blum and nicer to fit (in my opinion)
