You need quite a lot of patience with these

Advertised as push to open and soft close. I now know that this can’t happen. However i my nativity, I thought these would gently close. Questioned their customer services and was told ‘’ I am sorry, I am a bit confused, the ones you have ordered appear to be push to open so would not have a soft close function. Please let me know if that is not the ones you have received.‘’ Dreadful instructions of how to install too with nothing on uTube to assist. Positively .... they arrived in a decent timeframe
