Easy to install

Good product generally, easy to install as a 2-person job. Giving 4 stars as one of the M8 wood screws sheared completely in half when unscrewing from a piece of pine framing. This speaks to the quality of the screws provided. Additionally there are no spare screws provided, so we were left in a precarious situation where we had to fudge one of the fixings to the wall.

Sliding door kit

Excellent sturdy bit of kit, nice smooth operation. Fixings only for solid walls or timber so purchased longer anchor bolts due to dry lined brick wall. I didn't want to fix the guide to the floor due to the fear of hitting ufh pipes, so bought a roller guide that attaches to skirting. Overall very happy. Great service too.

Really poor masonry fixings

Very poor masonry fixings. Not fit for purpose especially on a dot and dab wall because they are not long enough to get the masonry fitting to open out properly.they also didn’t work with sandstone bricks. The instructions could be better. It only shows how to fix it to timber. It is a shame because the rest of the kit is great
