As with all these reviews, please bear in mind I have not yet actually had time to properly use the product. Having said that, I have fitted them and they appear to be of excellent quality with a nice action. The width allowed for them has to be exactly right for the soft-close mechanism to function.

Don’t seem to work consistently or do what it should

Being in the process of a DIY wardrobe I thought that these would be the perfect item to use. Got the wardrobe perfectly square and then the same with the drawers. I measured, remeasured and double checked everything for a few days. Could I get these to work, not a chance. Occasionally the drawer would shut, occasionally it wouldn’t close fully, Found a measurement that could have been out on one of the drawers, corrected this and still nothing. When they were working, the soft close sounded very grinding like (compared to a wheel bearing I’d be replacing that bearing). If I put any weight into the drawers it would just bounce back and not work at all. I have since taken these off and gone with a set of bone soft close runners as I don’t want to waste any more time on it. These are being returned as useless. I checked with multiple pairs and they all seem the same, considering I bought 15 pairs I think at least a few would have worked properly
