Not great.
I have used these make of runners in the past without the soft close. I ended up taking the soft close part out because I was having to push the draw so hard to close it. Without the soft close they are ok.

Good quality, good value
These are very solid. I've used them several times and even at full extension on large drawers they don't flex at all. The springs are perhaps a bit fierce, meaning you need a good pull to open them but it's certainly not a problem.
