This works really well. Fitting is quite straightforward if you read the instructions fully. You will lose some space but you will have full access to the cupboard.

Nice unit but loss of storage space.

This is a sturdy well made unit installation was straight forward aided by East Coast Fittings installation video on YouTube. It is important to position accurately as in a 500mm deep cabinet there is only 10mm clearance at rear and the door. I had to relocate a recessed spur for the gas hob ignition. The packing is lightweight and was damaged with several holes but luckily no parts were damaged. It should be realised that this unit significantly reduces the amount of useable storage space in exchange for accessibility. Great service from Ironmongery Direct.

the first unit that I received was damaged in transit - spoke to customer service and they sent me a new one next day, absolutely great service and when the replacement unit arrived it worked just as well as I hoped - easy to fit and a lovely and smooth action...should mean the end of items being lost at the back of at least one cupboard!

You've pulled it out the corner

One of the best options I have used for a corner pull out unit in a kitchen, my client was older and needed something that came all the way out (some alternatives don't do this) they were very pleased with this option and meant they could get to everything with ease. Simple and easy to fit, instructions are clear, would recommend. The only issue I had was with the packaging from the supplier I had ordered 2, the first one the plastic wheel was broken but they give you a spare one as the supplier (not ironmongery direct whoever supplies them this item) seems to know this can happen, which seems crazy! the second one came with a twisted and buckled metal part - basically they need better packaging as it is a heavy item that moves about inside the box and damages these parts, either that or it was like that scene from Ace Ventura pet detective and the delivery company are handling the packages like he did lol

No I'm not short of space

This product is first class. It give sensible, useable space in what would otherwise be a relatively dead area and carries a good weight.
