- Designed with extended neck / backset to allow fitting to modern joinery sections and fastening plates to be fitted beyond proprietary brand weather gaskets, typically Aquamac and Echelon
- Additionally the keep plate provided allows fastening in a ventilated position and is lockable in the closed position
- Maintenance couldn't be easier - it's simply recommended that you regularly apply household wax polish to keep the fittings in optimum condition
- Fastener is locked using an Allen key to tighten the grub screw
