About this product
- Designed with health & safety in mind, the Pro-Twist is a keyless push and turn operated cable window restrictor essential in reducing the risk of falls from windows
- Provides flexibility, allowing you to restrict or fully open the window as needed
- Ideal for domestic and commercial environments, the Pro-Twist can fit most window styles, sizes and material, including uPVC, timber and aluminium
- 200mm of high tensile stainless steel cable as standard (maximum opening of 100mm or maximum opening of 89mm to prevent the passage of small children in accordance to BS EN 13126-5)
- Strength tested and can hold a force of up to 2,200 Newtons
- Can be fitted vertically or horizontally
- Supplied with security clutch screws, once fitted cannot be unscrewed
- Available in white, black, brown and anthracite grey
- Jackloc window restrictors are designed, manufactured and tested in the UK
- Tested to BS EN 13126-5:2011 and BS EN 14351-1:2006
- UKAS Salt spray tested in accordance with ASTM.B117-07 and evaluated to BS EN 1670:2007

JACKLOC Window Restrictor.
Very good product. Recommended. We already had one of these with a key rather than the "twist" locking device. We prefer the one with a key. The instructions say drill a 3mm guide hole, but this isn't large enough to fully take the self tapping security screw. MAKE SURE YOU TRY THE SCREW IN THE HOLE WITHOUT IT BEING ATTACHED TO ANY PART THE JACKLOC. You can then turn and remove the security screw with a pair of pliers. If not you'll never get the screw out.
