very disappointed
I have purchased and fitted Hoppe products in the past and I have always rated them very highly, however this pair of white handles were manufactured to a poor standard, on of the handles had the spindle hole distorted and off center within the spindle space, it was so bad the spindle would not just slot in, as it is supposed to do, I was working for a new customer and didn't want to lose face, I made a joke about the spindle been bent and that I had a new one in the van, I went out to the van and knocked in the spindle with a hammer, luckily it went in, but if I was to be called back it would be impossible to remove the spindle out of the handle
