- Cover sizes are the aperture size that they are designed to cover i.e. order the same size cover as the intumescent block
- Order 2 covers per intumescent block
- Ventilation including air-conditioning, ductwork or simply cutting holes for ventilation within buildings can contravene British Standards when installed into fire doors or compartment walls. One answer comes in the form of an intumescent block which allows air to flow through under normal conditions but closes under its own expansion when exposed to a fully developed fire
- The large range of square and rectangular vents we offer are available for prompt dispatch ensuring both strict batch control and compliance with stringent manufacturing standards
- By design the dampers offer low maintenance having no moving parts, hence no need for regular maintenance apart from inspection to ensure they have not been damaged
- The pressed steel covers are 'zinctec' coated before painting to a satin silver finish. Covers can also be supplied to match any BS or RAL colour reference. Please contact our customer services team with your enquiries

- Altro Easi T heavy duty tubular latches are designed for both door furniture and door knobs
- The forend can be replaced without having to remove the lock
- Easily reversible on site for left or right handed applications
- Heavy double springing ensures positive return of the lever or knob to its original position whilst the soft bolt spring ensures the latch locates into its keep quietly - an important factor in apartment buildings
- 60 minute fire rating
- Suitable for bolt through door furniture
- Easily reversible onsite for left or right hand applications
- NOTE: Due to the heavy spring within the latch, these tubular latches are not suitable for sprung door furniture
- 10 year guarantee
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
