Decent bit of kit. Looked the part in a victorian house.

Hit and miss vent.

These were bought for a specific job. On arrival the corner of one had been slightly bent in transit no doubt but I was able to restore this. One of the vents was very hard to slide but I hope it will ease with use. The polished brass was xcellent in appearance. I would suggest that counter sink screw are not ideal and round headed screws would be more appropreate.

Excellent quality product

It’s a delight to obtain a solid brass product with a good thickness gauge. I love the fact that the visible side of the vent was protected by a plastic film so that it could be fitted without getting fingerprints or scratches on it and when, after it was installed and the film was removed, it revealed a beautiful highly polished surface which really enhances our room as I had hoped it would. Good that it was supplied with real brass screws as well - brilliant! An additional benefit would be to supply correspondingly sized “rawlpugs“.

Just the job - Perfect

I was really surprised to receive this so quickly during the current CoronaVirus crisis but the vent arrived just a few days after ordering. The vent has been manufactured in high quality brass sheet that has a protective film over it to prevent scratching when installing. Will use again if I ever need another vent
