Suitable for the task with slight adjustment

I purchased these to replace existing plated but rusted ones on folding garden furniture. The heads were ideal, however they were let down by the threaded connector which is plated and not stainless steel. I also purchased 6mm stainless steel threaded rod, which I cut to the appropriate length and used this as the threaded connector. Now a lasting job and will never have to replace them again. Better if this had been done by the manufacturer.
