- NOTE: Due to the heavy spring within the latch, these tubular latches are not suitable for sprung door furniture

Invoiced for missing part
I can't say I'm overly pleased with this I ordered 6 of these handles last week and 1 set had the bathroom latch missing, I called and it was agreed that the missing part would be sent to me. All good these things happen I thought. But strongly I was sent the whole handle instead of just the part. Although this is also not a problem, I have now been invoiced for the extra handle which as I say, I'm not really happy about!
