Product is good, one tip, the hydraulics are strong, do not use the screws supplied for fitting to the wall, they are too short in my opinion and will not give adequate fixing. Overall a good product and works well.

Great unit, with some caveats

Note that the width range given in the item title is *not* the full installed wall-to-wall width. It's only the width of the closet bar, which doesn't contact the wall. The brackets add about another 60 mm each. Lots of people buying the larger size for their 900 mm interior wardrobe space have posted reviews noting that size was too large (despite having a minimum width of 830 mm in the title for that model). I have alcove spaces of similar size, so I contacted the company directly to ask for clarification. They went and measured one of their in-stock units and confirmed there's an additional width from the mounting brackets. So I ordered 2 of these smaller units for my alcoves (one 89 cm and one 91 cm width), and they both fit just fine. One minor thing: use a spirit level unless you are sure that whatever you're measuring off of is level. On my first install I couldn't find my level and I figured measuring off the floor would be ok. Rookie/lazy mistake. When I stepped back I realised it was a bit wonky, and while the pull-down system does still work, it's noticeably more difficult to deal with than the other unit I installed after I found my spirit level. The second unit works very smoothly. Also note that if you're installing into anything other than the wood side panels of a freestanding wardrobe (such as my plastered alcove walls) you may want or need to substitute longer screws. The brackets are thick and the included screws only protrude about 1 cm. They are black to match the brackets but yours needn't be, because the unit comes with covers for the screw panels. With those caveats in mind, these are great. I'm docking 1 star because the title and description need to be updated to include the full wall-to-wall width ranges. But the install was pretty easy overall and these have allowed me to double the hanging space in my new alcove wardrobes. I would buy them again.

Ideal product

This was to get the clothes up high in to wasted space in the wardrobe and still makes it easy to pull down. This is the first time I have used this type of system and will definitely be using it again in my other wardrobes
