no instructions and tricky to fit
These need to be fitted millimetre perfect and there are no instructions. Fit too tight and the window won't close; fit too loose and the window won't stay tightly shut. Also the Allen key lock would not be easily opened in an emergency. Full marks to ironmongery Direct for easy return and no quibble refund but they should probably not sell this product without some instructions.
