Bought these coat hooks due to there trendy style and how well they are made. I must say I have been asked by my builder where I got them from. He could not believe how litter I paid for them due to the superior quantity of the products.

Good looking but poorly manufactured and not suitable for fixing to ceramics. While attaching the hook the small vertical pin fell out, i had to glue it back in. An easy but irritating job. More significantly, I was unable to ensure the vertical pin was in the correct position when fixing to tiles. This is because there is no slack and when the horizontal part is correctly tightened to the tile the "vertical" pin can take any orientation. I tried combinations of fibre and rubber washers but nothing I did worked. However, the hooks would probably work very well if screwing into wood since the small amount of give in the material would allow the vertical pin to be correctly orientated.
