All arrived, well packed and looking lovely. Knobs and handles all beautifully matched. Came well packed and with the necessary fittings. The antiqued brass looks good so we’re really pleased with these.

Good looks hide poor standards and engineering

Visually the product was as expected, reasonable quality and standard of finish. However the quality of the fixings was of poor design and shoddy engineered. To provide a "cut screw" with only some 3mm. tolerance is exacting and very time consuming. A simple "cut bolt" would have been far more practical and efficient. Furthermore the tapped hole into the handle required re tapping in order to take the screw fixing. Once again adding unnecessary time to the installation. Had I not have the tools to re cut all of the fixings this would have been almost impossible.
