Absolutely awful

Terrible- one fell apart whilst fitting, another snapped off under very minor resistance. A lot of play on the fitting- Not heavy duty in anyway- in fact a would be criminal could easily break these latches with a forceful upward movement of your sash.

Very smart

I am very pleased with these sash window catches - they are smart and slick.

Let down by shoddy goods

I hate to write a negative review but quality of the chrome was second rate. Ironmongerydirect was first class and the customer service as well, will shop there again
