The spindles are a bit tight to fit into the knobs which makes fitting harder work than it should be and the screw holes, because they are concealed, are very close to the spindle hole on the rose so beware if you are replacing older handles/knobs as you may find you have no wood to screw into! They are lovely to look at though.

Exactly what we needed.

These were used to replace dated brass knobs in a 1930s house with rim catches on the doors. When fitted they are very attractive and we are pleased with the final result. There are some minor snags with the way in which the spindles and nylon sockets are designed which can create problems with fitting but with careful testing and a little thought before fitting these difficulties can be overcome and the end product is worth the extra time involved. Not a job to be rushed, though.

Very nice quality

This isn't quite what I wanted because it is a replacement for knobs that screwed to the door one side and then screwed together. These are held together with set screws through the knob. Did the job though, nice looking and very secure on the door..

Needed a plain but elegant knob set for bathroom rim lock. It is perfect for what I wanted

Only bought two pairs to finish off the kitchen & see what they were like. Going to buy enough for the whole house now as they look great.
