- 1.5mm heavy duty steel case and patented heavy duty spring
- Suitable for sprung and unsprung door furniture
- Follower spring adjustment screw eliminates door furniture sag
- Designed to lock the door when shut
- Latch can be retracted by either the key from the outside or by a thumbturn on the inside
- Forend is replaceable without having to remove the lock
- Patented Easi-T reversal system means latch bolt can be reversed quickly and easily without having to open the lock case
- 60 minute fire rating
- 25 year guarantee
- NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
