Wanted porcelain knobs to replace original wooden ones. Only ordered enough for the job unfortunately 2 were chipped. Contacted customer services who called me that day and replacement knobs arrived a few days later. It’s not all about getting it right from the get hobbit how you respond to problems. In this instance I can’t fault them - thanks
