could be better
We have fitted 15 of these and the way the outside escutcheon (covering cylinder) is bolted to inside escutcheon ,combined with fixing bolt of euro cylinder, is too tight causing key operation to be stiff and notchy. The lock is good quality but in a block of flats with elderly residents the stiffness of operation has caused us problems .
