Poor quality

Door handle is ok, screws supplied are of the cheapest quality they are that bad you shouldn’t use the word quality in the same sentence, pre drilled pilot holes in door ready for screws, screwed handle to door had to remove handle to make minor adjustment tried to unscrew handle end result both screw heads broke off leaving the screw threads left in door!!!

Nice, substantial handles

These are nice, sturdy handles bought to update same type in the brown colour - easy to swap them over. Good customer service keeping me informed of despatch and excellent delivery service. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Needed a longer backplate to span our latch. These handles are very well made. No lateral movement and good springs.

Nice handle but not very strong

We have these handles mounted on oak doors throughout our home. Although they match well with the door and style of house the handle is not the best made. We have had to replace three handles over a period of two years as the handles work loose and the plastic washer behind the handle has failed.
