This item worked very well for the application it was mean't for.
Great service
Tried through my local ironmongers to get this but there supllier said it wouldnt arrive till 10th February, ordered 1 day and here the next, great service and bang on size for replacement on an aluminum door.

- Features an integrated optical closing force indicator - The set closing force can easily be checked due to the visual power size indicator
- Suitable for exterior and interior doors up to 1400mm wide or 100kg max weight
- Backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
- Delayed action - Ideal for care homes & hospitals as this feature slows down the closing speed of the door. The delayed action function is not approved for use with fire doors & can be disabled when fitted to them
- Meets Equality Act regulations (BS 8300)
- Dual handed and includes a universal fixing pack for push or pull side mounting
- Closing and latch speed adjustments for a perfect closing action
- 120 minute fire rating
- 10 year guarantee

Handy, fit and forget. Solves all issues
One of the best, all round closure units. With enough adjustments to solve any weight/size issues. Only down point is the plastic grub screws, you need the correct size Philphs to prevent damage and the price. Lol however never fails to solve the issue and there is a great matching electronic release version for fire door’s which you may wish for holding open the door.
