Ideal for the job

The product is amazing very strong and the long reach lock just perfect. We had looked everywhere for products of this quality and finally found them at Ironmongery Direct. I initially ordered the wrong size gate locks so rang to ask to exchange them the lady was lovely and I reordered the correct size. The speed if delivery was superb arrived by lunchtime the following day on both occasions. I sent the incorrect ones back expecting to wait at least til middle of next week for credit note but I received it yesterday via email. I can’t praise them enough exceptional service and quality
