Disappointed
Very disappointed that the actual product doesn't match the diagram shown on the site. The diagram shows the top of the hook being level with the top of the fixing plate, when the top if the fixing plate is probably around 10cm above it (would have measured it but it's on its way back for a refund) This means that the fixing plate would be proud of the top pf the gate post. I would have rated the quality of the product much higher had it been as described as it was quite a substantial product.

Ideal for heavy garage doors.
Good quality good price, so pleased the black Japanned screws were of good quality as so many times the screws that come with the item are no use at all.
