Whilst the product is good this graphic is very miss leading, most people would assume that a grey external cabinet came as part of the product BE WARNED it doesn't nor can Ironmongery Direct either supply directly or point you in the direction you need. So if you want a fully functioning cupboard dont buy from here!

Difficult

Not that my first point is directed at the product, but as usual the item arrived damaged but I was able to repair the issue and it’s not on full show. The instructions are absolutely useless, the top bar construction with the bearing runner shows a different picture to the unit and just says ‘raise into position’ not helpful! The flow of the instructions is not good and there is not enough emphasis on crucial points to avoid having to partially disassemble to incorporate. Top runner still does not seem to operate at all smoothly and the bottom runner would not allow the frame to click in due to a spot of weld being left in the way. As a competent aircraft engineer I struggled with this, Joe Public would not enjoy putting this together.

Mostly Missing

Parcel arrived pretty bashed up with most of the parts missing. Apparently there should have been another box.

Just ok

It did arrive damaged, metal frame was bent and one of the shelves were cracked but managed to make it work. Shipping was also an issue as paid for next day only for it to come two days later. The item it's self is great and does the job well.

Outstandingly engineered

TOP Quality product, manufactured to the highest standards....hence the price. If you want the best this is the product for you
